In the app (quickest)
- Open Core and tap the account picture at the top of the screen to open Settings.
- In the Sign in section (it reads Signed in if you've signed in), tap Delete my backup, then Delete.
This immediately and permanently deletes your backup account and everything stored with it. Backup stays off until you choose to sign in again.
Without the app
Email info@drumdestroyerthemes.com with the subject "Delete my Core backup". If you signed in with Google, send it from, or include, that Google account's email address so we can find your backup. We'll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you never signed in, your backup isn't linked to anything we can search for by email, so deleting it in the app is the reliable way.
What gets deleted
Your backup account and everything in it: the list of wallpapers you've pulled, collections you were given for free, packs opened, your coin balance, and, if you signed in, the name, email address, profile picture link, and Google account ID stored with it. Supabase's server logs of sign-ins (which can include your IP address) aren't stored with your account; they expire on their own under Supabase's retention policy.
What isn't affected
- The wallpapers on your phone. To remove those, uninstall Core or clear its data in Android settings.
- Your purchases. Google Play keeps its own records and restores them whenever you install Core with the same Google account.
More detail is in Core's Privacy Policy.
